Operator and scope

These terms describe the informational use of vemosinsurance.com and its forms, including the document services described on the site. They are not a formal insurance application, policy, certificate of coverage, or amendment to a carrier's terms.

Coverage information

Insurance descriptions are general. Availability, eligibility, premiums, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and effective dates depend on the carrier, review of the application, and documents for the specific coverage. Images, examples, and text on this site do not guarantee that a particular protection is included in a plan.

A preliminary estimate or quote may change. Before making a decision, review the proposal and carrier documents with an advisor and disclose information that may affect underwriting.

Requests and start of coverage

Submitting a form, receiving an automated confirmation, calling, or sending a WhatsApp message does not purchase, renew, change, or cancel a policy. It is not a price guarantee or acceptance of risk. Coverage starts only when a carrier or authorized representative expressly confirms acceptance and the effective date under the applicable documents.

Do not rely on a form or WhatsApp alone for an urgent request to start, change, or cancel coverage. Call Vemos and request express confirmation. For a loss or claim, follow your policy instructions and contact the relevant carrier.

Information you provide

Make sure the information you send is accurate and current. Errors or omissions can affect a carrier's review or offered terms. Our web forms are for an initial inquiry: do not include passports, alien registration or Social Security numbers, driver's license, bank account, medical, or other sensitive information or documents. If needed, we will arrange another channel.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. These terms do not replace privacy notices that may apply during an insurance transaction.

Notary, apostille and form services

Notary service availability depends on the document and applicable requirements. Only the Florida Department of State can issue a Florida apostille; Vemos may respond to questions about administrative help but does not issue apostilles or guarantee acceptance or timing.

Administrative help with immigration forms does not include choosing a benefit or form, advising how to answer, assessing eligibility, providing legal advice or representing anyone before USCIS. A notary public is not an immigration attorney by virtue of that title. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney or DOJ-accredited representative.

Use of this site

You may read the content and send legitimate insurance or other-service inquiries. Do not interfere with the site's security or availability, deliberately provide false information, or use the forms for spam or unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service and its users.

Vemos Insurance names, logos, photographs, designs, and text may not be reused to imply a relationship or authorization that does not exist. Third-party brands and materials belong to their respective owners.

External links and services

This site may link to Google Maps, WhatsApp, and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean Vemos controls their content or availability. Review their terms before sharing information with them.

Availability and corrections

We work to keep site information clear and current, but errors, interruptions, or changes in products and requirements may occur. We may correct or update site content without thereby changing an existing policy. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be restricted by law.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the site or our operations change. The date on this page identifies the current version. For questions about coverage or these terms, email fernandovelez@vemosinsurance.com. A policy or other document issued by the carrier governs the scope of coverage.
