Who we are and scope

VEMOS ALL INSURANCE SOLUTIONS, LLC ("Vemos Insurance") responds to insurance and other document-service inquiries in Florida. This notice explains how we handle information received through vemosinsurance.com, its forms, and this site's contact links. It does not replace any additional privacy notices that may apply when an application or policy is processed with an insurance carrier.

Information we receive

• Contact form: name, phone, insurance or service type, message, and, if provided, email address and ZIP code.
• Auto and home forms: name, phone, email, ZIP code, and general vehicle or property answers you choose to provide. The auto VIN is optional; the home form does not request your full property address.
• Technical information: the hosting provider may log IP address, browser, device, requested pages, and security data needed to deliver and protect the site.

These forms are for an initial inquiry. Do not send Social Security or alien registration numbers, passports, immigration documents, driver's license, bank account or payment card numbers, medical history, policy documents, or other sensitive files. If more information is needed, we will arrange an appropriate channel.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your request, contact you through your preferred channel, understand the coverage or document service you ask about, prepare next steps, prevent site abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Submitting a form does not create a policy or an instant quote.

At the initial inquiry stage, authorized Vemos personnel use your information to contact you and understand your needs. If you request a quote, we will share relevant information with participating insurers to prepare it. Only if a policy is sold will we record the necessary customer and policy information in our management system, Vemos Insurance AMS, to administer and service it. If you proceed with a formal application, we may request additional information through an appropriate channel and provide any applicable privacy notices.

Who may receive information

Forms on the main site are processed by Netlify: submissions are available in its dashboard, and Vemos may receive email notifications. At this stage, only authorized Vemos personnel handle the inquiry; Netlify acts as the technical form provider. When you request a quote, participating insurers may receive relevant information. If a policy is sold, the necessary information is recorded in Vemos Insurance AMS. Hosting this site and its preview versions also involves technical providers that process operational data to deliver the service.

We do not automatically send form contents to WhatsApp or publish them on the site. Information may be disclosed as needed to fulfill your request, comply with law, or protect the service, subject to applicable rules.

Map, WhatsApp, and external links

The home page embeds a Google Map. When it loads, Google may receive technical browser data and use its own technologies under its privacy policy. The WhatsApp button and Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok links open external services with their own practices. Clicking WhatsApp opens that service; form data is not sent there automatically. Cookies and measurement

In addition to hosting logs and technologies that may be used by the embedded Google Map, Vemos has analytics or advertising tools configured outside this site's code. Depending on their settings, those tools may use cookies or identifiers and receive information such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, and interactions to measure visits or campaigns and display advertising. We are verifying the specific providers and settings; we cannot assume that information entered into forms is excluded from tracking until that is confirmed. You can manage cookies in your browser and contact us to ask about the tools used. We will update this notice when that review is complete.

Retention and security

We keep inquiries for the time needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. The specific period depends on the interaction; you may ask us about your request. Forms are transmitted using HTTPS and processed by the providers described above. No electronic method is completely secure, so we limit what we request at this initial stage.

Your choices

Email fernandovelez@vemosinsurance.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent us, or to ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. We may verify your identity before acting and retain information when required by law. Do not send sensitive documents in your initial email.

Children and changes

This site is intended for adults seeking information about insurance or other services. We do not knowingly solicit children's data. Contact us if you believe a child sent us information. We may update this policy as the site or our practices change; the updated date will appear on this page.
